• Contact Details: Information for logistics and pickup coordination.
• Logistics Data: Physical pickup addresses and site-access requirements.
• Asset Metadata: Serial numbers and hardware specs for environmental reporting.

Asset Data Destruction

For clients requesting 'Certified Data Destruction', we provide a documented audit trail. For all other assets, we apply a 'Zero Data Residual' standard during our technical dismantling process.

Security & Storage

Digital records are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Physical assets waiting for processing are held in our 24/7 monitored facility in Onehunga, Auckland, with access limited to vetted EXTECH personnel.

Third-Party Sharing

Your information is never sold. We only disclose details to third parties (like freight partners) when strictly necessary to fulfill your collection request, or as required by NZ law.
