EXTECH provides electronic waste collection, secure IT asset disposal, and recycling services across New Zealand. The services may vary based on location, availability, and individual agreements.

3. Data Handling & Security

Devices collected for recycling or disposal may contain sensitive data. While EXTECH offers certified data destruction as an additional service, it is the customer's responsibility to request this in advance.

• Data destruction certificates available on request.
• Secure bins/containers must be locked before pickup.
• EXTECH is not liable for data breaches if data destruction was not requested.

4. Collection & Logistics

• All pickups must be scheduled in advance through our booking form or email.
• Equipment must be ready at ground level unless otherwise agreed.
• EXTECH reserves the right to reschedule due to safety, weather, or access constraints.

5. Pricing & Charges

• Pricing may vary depending on location, volume, and type of material.
• Free drop-offs are available only for selected categories (see Info & Charges).
• Charges for certified data destruction, container rental, and large-volume logistics may apply.

6. Limitations of Liability

EXTECH will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Amendments

EXTECH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
