    What type of IT equipment do you recycle?

    We accept laptops, desktops, servers, networking gear, monitors, storage devices, UPS systems, phones, cables, pcb boards and more. Both working and non-working equipment is welcome.

    Do you offer pickups outside of Auckland or Wellington region?

    Yes, we provide e-waste pickups nationwide. If you're outside of Auckland or Wellington, submit your collection request and we'll arrange logistics accordingly.

    Is data destruction included?

    Yes. All storage devices are securely wiped or physically destroyed in line with industry standards. Certificates of destruction are available upon request.

    Are there any recycling charges?

    Most standard IT items are free to recycle. Fees may apply for CRT monitors or specialty items. See our Info & Charges for full details.

    Do you offer recycling bins for businesses?

    Yes, we provide e-waste bins to offices and business sites. These can be serviced regularly as part of our business recycling solutions.

    What happens to my recycled equipment?

    Items are assessed for reuse, resale, or sustainable dismantling. All usable equipment is repurposed where possible - the rest is recycled responsibly.
